NORTH BAY LADIES VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE TEAM REGISTRATION

Registration Instructions
In order to register, please follow these steps.
1. E-transfer $550.00 to nblvleague@gmail.com. Please use the password ‘volleyball’ and tag your team name in the e-transfer comment area so we can match it up.
2. Fill this form out and submit it to complete the application. (both the e-transfer and form are timestamped).
NOTE: Your registration will only be considered complete when we receive both your e-transfer and your League Application Form.
The Application must include names and phone numbers of ALL anticipated players. Please review the eligibility requirements for players.
Applications can be submitted no earlier than Thursday, August 1st, at 9:30am and no later than the last Friday in August. (August 30th, 2024, 11:59:00pm).
