In order to register, please e-transfer $200.00 to nblvleague@gmail.com, using the password ‘volleyball’ and mention your team name in the comments.Then fill out this online form to complete the application.
Your registration will be complete when we receive both your e-transfer and your Application Form.
The Application must include names and phone numbers of ALL anticipated players.
